April Smith founded North State Realtors in 2024.  She has over 13 years’ experience as a real estate agent in Shasta & Tehama counties in California, and was ready start her own brokerage. North State Realtors LLC doesn’t fit the standard structure of other corporate brokerages.  Agents have the freedom to work remotely and focus their efforts on their client’s needs.  The corporation doesn’t require agents to produce a set quota, so there is NO high-pressures sales atmosphere.
